Decoded is a technology education company. Working closely with them over a number of years, I developed and evolved their visual identity through designing course materials, booklets and other visual assets. Below is a selection of some of the work that formed the identity, much of it printed.

Booklet dividers

Code + Hack contents page
Code + Hack contents page – the day was structured in two distinct halves, and the booklet design mirrored this.

A core part of Decoded's visual identity evolved through the design of course materials. We created booklets that followed the structure of each workshop, with key information, definitions and diagrams. We also included ample space for note-taking, meaning they functioned as tools for the day, as well as a keepsake for each attendee.

Shift_Control

Early booklets such as Shift_Control were focused on code and gaining a technical understanding – introducing learners to terminology, and trying bring technical and leadership teams together. Page numbers were rendered in binary as a small detail as part of this.
